Terms of service

Welcome to WallFeel.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.wallfeel.com and purchases made through our website.

Please read them carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from WallFeel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1. About WallFeel

WallFeel supplies made-to-measure wall murals, decorative wall coverings, personalised designs and related wallpaper products to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Many WallFeel products are created specifically for each customer’s wall dimensions, chosen artwork, selected material and/or personalisation.

For these Terms, “WallFeel”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WallFeel and the business operating www.wallfeel.com.

2. Production & Fulfilment

WallFeel works with specialist manufacturing, printing, production and fulfilment partners to produce and deliver our products.

Depending on the product and delivery destination, your order may be manufactured, processed and/or dispatched from facilities outside the United Kingdom.

Our international production network allows WallFeel to provide made-to-measure products to customers in multiple countries.

WallFeel remains the seller and your point of contact in relation to your order.

We do not claim that products are manufactured in the United Kingdom unless this is expressly stated on the relevant product page.

3. Our Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, videos, dimensions, materials and other information displayed on WallFeel.com accurately represent our products.

However, digital screens may reproduce colours differently.

Factors that may affect digital appearance include:

  • screen calibration;
  • brightness settings;
  • device type;
  • camera exposure;
  • photography conditions; and
  • display technology.

Minor differences between a digital image and the physical printed product do not necessarily constitute a defect.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, materially misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

4. WallFeel Materials

WallFeel offers specialist wall-covering materials with different physical characteristics and finishes, including:

Smart Gloss™

Pro Matte™

Luxe Texture™

Each material has its own surface characteristics, finish and installation requirements.

Customers should review the applicable product and material information before ordering.

Where samples are offered, customers may choose to order a sample before purchasing a larger made-to-measure product.

5. Made-to-Measure Products

Many WallFeel products are manufactured specifically according to measurements supplied or approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the measurements submitted are accurate.

Please carefully check:

  • wall width;
  • wall height;
  • units of measurement;
  • total required coverage;
  • number of walls where applicable;
  • design orientation;
  • requested positioning; and
  • cropping requirements.

Where WallFeel manufactures a product correctly according to measurements or specifications supplied or approved by the customer, WallFeel will not normally be responsible for replacing or refunding the product because those measurements were incorrect.

If you are unsure about your measurements, please contact WallFeel before ordering.

6. Custom & Personalised Designs

WallFeel may allow customers to upload photographs, artwork, logos, graphics or other content to create personalised wall coverings.

By submitting content to WallFeel, you confirm that:

  1. you own the content or have permission to use it;
  2. you have the necessary rights to reproduce it;
  3. its reproduction will not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights; and
  4. the content is lawful.

You retain ownership of content that belongs to you.

You grant WallFeel and the production partners involved in fulfilling your order a limited licence to reproduce, resize, crop, adjust, print and otherwise process your submitted content only as reasonably necessary to create, manufacture and fulfil your order.

WallFeel may refuse content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, abusive or otherwise inappropriate for production.

7. Design Previews

Where WallFeel provides a digital preview, room mock-up, proof or visualisation, it is intended to demonstrate how the selected design may appear.

Where customer approval is requested, you are responsible for carefully checking:

  • design;
  • spelling;
  • dimensions;
  • positioning;
  • cropping;
  • personalisation; and
  • other custom details.

Once an approved custom product has entered production, further changes may no longer be possible.

Digital previews cannot guarantee identical colour reproduction because screens and physical printed materials display colour differently.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, WallFeel’s website, branding, original designs, graphics, photographs, videos, written content and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to WallFeel.

Purchasing a WallFeel product does not transfer ownership of WallFeel’s intellectual property rights to the customer.

WallFeel-owned designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold or commercially exploited without permission.

9. Placing an Order

When you submit an order through WallFeel.com, you are offering to purchase the selected product subject to these Terms.

You are responsible for supplying accurate and complete:

  • contact information;
  • measurements;
  • personalisation information;
  • billing details; and
  • delivery information.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated order acknowledgement or confirmation.

WallFeel reserves the right to reject or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • payment cannot be authorised;
  • there is an obvious pricing error;
  • the requested product cannot reasonably be manufactured;
  • submitted artwork is unsuitable or potentially unlawful;
  • fraud is reasonably suspected; or
  • delivery to the requested destination is unavailable.

If WallFeel cancels an order after payment has been collected and no product is supplied, the applicable payment will be refunded.

10. Prices

Prices displayed on WallFeel.com apply at the time an order is placed, subject to obvious errors and applicable law.

Prices may change at any time.

Changes will not normally affect orders already accepted by WallFeel.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes or other costs collected by WallFeel will be displayed during checkout where reasonably possible.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.

11. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, production of a made-to-measure or personalised product will not normally begin until payment has been successfully received or authorised.

12. Order Changes

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us immediately at:

hello@wallfeel.com

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes where production has not progressed too far.

Because many WallFeel products are manufactured specifically for individual customers, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after production has begun.

Additional charges may apply where production has already commenced and an alteration can still reasonably be accommodated.

13. Cancellation of Personalised & Made-to-Measure Orders

Many WallFeel products are:

  • made according to customer measurements;
  • manufactured to customer specifications; or
  • clearly personalised.

For UK consumers, the ordinary statutory cancellation right that applies to many distance purchases generally does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Once production of a bespoke, personalised or made-to-measure WallFeel product has begun, customers therefore cannot normally cancel the order simply because they have changed their mind.

This does not affect statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Please see our Return & Refund Policy for further information.

14. Non-Personalised Products

Where WallFeel sells standard products that have not been personalised or manufactured according to customer specifications, eligible consumers may have statutory cancellation rights.

Where applicable, these rights will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may also have mandatory rights under laws applicable in their country.

15. Production Times

Production times displayed on WallFeel.com are estimates unless we expressly state that a specific date is guaranteed.

Made-to-measure and personalised products may require different production times depending on the order.

Production may also be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. International Fulfilment & Delivery

WallFeel works with specialist production and logistics partners in different locations.

An order may therefore be manufactured and/or dispatched directly from a production or fulfilment facility outside the customer’s country, including outside the United Kingdom.

The location from which an order is manufactured or dispatched does not change WallFeel’s position as the seller.

Estimated delivery times shown on WallFeel.com are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

International deliveries may be affected by:

  • customs processing;
  • courier delays;
  • transportation disruption;
  • adverse weather;
  • public holidays;
  • local delivery conditions; and
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where significant delivery problems arise, WallFeel will take reasonable steps to assist customers.

17. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where WallFeel collects or includes such charges at checkout, this will be indicated where reasonably possible.

Where applicable charges are not collected by WallFeel, they may be payable separately by the recipient, subject to applicable law.

International customers should review information displayed at checkout and any applicable import requirements for their country.

18. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate and complete delivery address.

Please carefully check your address before completing checkout.

If you discover an error, contact WallFeel immediately.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery destination.

19. Delivery Problems

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost or damaged during transit, contact:

hello@wallfeel.com

We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery or production partner.

For visibly damaged deliveries, please photograph:

  • the external packaging;
  • shipping label;
  • damaged areas; and
  • the product itself.

Please retain the packaging while the matter is investigated.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

20. Inspect Your Wallpaper Before Installation

Customers should inspect their WallFeel product before installation wherever reasonably possible.

Please check:

  • design;
  • dimensions;
  • material;
  • print quality;
  • panels;
  • visible damage; and
  • personalisation.

If you believe there is a manufacturing, printing, material or sizing problem, stop and contact WallFeel before installing the wallpaper.

Do not knowingly continue installing additional panels after discovering an obvious defect.

This does not affect rights relating to defects that could not reasonably have been identified before installation.

21. Wallpaper Installation

WallFeel sells wall coverings and does not provide installation services.

Installation is the customer’s responsibility.

Customers may install WallFeel wallpaper themselves or independently arrange for a suitable decorator or wallpaper installer.

WallFeel may provide installation instructions or general guidance for particular materials. This guidance is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute an installation service.

Before installation, customers are responsible for ensuring that the intended wall or surface is properly prepared and suitable for the WallFeel material purchased.

Installation requirements may vary between materials.

Problems caused solely by circumstances unrelated to the quality or conformity of the WallFeel product, including:

  • incorrect installation;
  • unsuitable wall preparation;
  • damp or excessive moisture;
  • structural wall defects;
  • unsuitable surfaces; or
  • failure to follow applicable installation instructions

are not considered product defects.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where the WallFeel product itself is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

22. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a WallFeel product that is damaged, faulty, incorrectly manufactured, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to your contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Email: hello@wallfeel.com

Please provide:

  • your name;
  • order number;
  • description of the problem; and
  • clear photographs and/or video showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

23. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Because many WallFeel products are personalised or made-to-measure, they cannot normally be returned simply because the customer changes their mind once production has begun.

This does not remove or restrict rights relating to products that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

24. Colour & Print Representation

WallFeel takes reasonable care to reproduce designs and colours accurately.

However, screens and physical printed products reproduce colour differently.

Minor differences between the colour displayed on a phone, tablet or computer and the physical printed product may occur because of screen settings, calibration and display technology.

Such minor digital-display differences do not automatically constitute a product defect.

25. WallFeel Luxe Texture™

WallFeel Luxe Texture™ is a specialist physical wall-covering finish designed to provide a distinctive tactile and dimensional surface.

The material incorporates raised and embossed detailing that follows elements of the artwork, creating physical texture that can both be seen and felt.

Selected raised areas feature a premium glossy finish that emphasises the depth, detail and physical characteristics of the artwork.

The physical Luxe Texture surface and embossed detailing do not change as a result of normal room lighting conditions.

WallFeel Luxe Texture has been tested under varied normal lighting conditions to ensure the material retains its intended physical texture, finish and dimensional characteristics.

Different lighting may determine which raised glossy details are most visibly highlighted or reflected at a particular viewing angle, but this does not represent any change to the material itself.

The Luxe Texture surface remains physically embossed and textured when viewed under natural daylight and ordinary indoor lighting.

Photography, camera exposure, viewing angle and screen technology may reproduce individual highlights differently. Such photographic variations should not be confused with changes to the physical Luxe Texture material.

26. Smart Gloss™, Pro Matte™ & Other WallFeel Materials

WallFeel materials have different physical surface characteristics.

Customers should review the applicable product description before purchasing to determine which material best suits their intended wall and use.

Smart Gloss™ features WallFeel’s distinctive glossy surface characteristics and physical texture as described on the relevant product page.

Pro Matte™ provides a premium matte finish with its applicable physical surface characteristics as described on the relevant product page.

Material descriptions on WallFeel.com are intended to represent the physical product as accurately as reasonably possible.

Digital screens may reproduce colour, texture and reflective highlights differently from the physical product.

27. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • promotions may have expiry dates;
  • product restrictions may apply; and
  • only one promotional code may be permitted per order.

WallFeel may refuse a promotional code obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions.

28. Website Availability

We aim to keep WallFeel.com accessible, accurate and secure.

However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

We may temporarily suspend, update or modify parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical improvements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

29. Privacy

WallFeel handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where customer-uploaded photographs, artwork or order information need to be shared with production or fulfilment partners, this will only be done as reasonably necessary to process, manufacture and fulfil the customer’s order, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.

30. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
  • statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where you purchase as a consumer, WallFeel is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

WallFeel is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Different legal provisions may apply where products are purchased wholly or mainly for business purposes.

31. Events Outside Our Control

WallFeel will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • transportation disruption;
  • customs delays;
  • extreme weather;
  • natural disasters;
  • industrial action;
  • governmental restrictions;
  • supply-chain disruption; and
  • courier or carrier disruption.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its impact.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

32. International Customers

WallFeel sells products internationally.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may benefit from mandatory consumer protections under the laws applicable in their country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

33. Governing Law

These Terms and contracts between customers and WallFeel are governed by applicable UK law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this section prevents you from relying on mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections available under applicable law.

34. Changes to These Terms

WallFeel may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business, production arrangements, website or applicable legal requirements.

The Terms applicable to an order will normally be those in effect when the order was placed.

The current version will be published on WallFeel.com.

35. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
